    We photograph the car and record fuel, odometer, visible damage and keys.

    Diagnose & estimate

    A technician assesses the car; you get an itemised written estimate.

    You approve

    Nothing chargeable starts without your approval — and extra work needs fresh approval.

    Repair & independent check

    Work is recorded on the job card; a second qualified person checks safety-critical items.

  6. 6

    Handover & records

    We explain the work and invoice, and keep the service history and next due date.
